We strongly encourage our students to take advantage of the over 70 before- and after-school clubs and sports that are offered throughout the school district.

• 2:03 The James Hart Musical, Frozen JR.

  This year's James Hart musical, FROZEN, Jr., takes to the James Hart Stage on Feb. 27 & Feb. 28 at 7:00 PM. Boasting a student cast and crew of over 100, Frozen Jr. is based on the 2018 Broadway musical, and brings Elsa, Anna, and the magical land of Arendelle to life, onstage. The show features all the memorable songs from the animated film, with music and lyrics by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, plus five new songs written for the Broadway production.

  For Teacher Appreciation Week 2019, District 153 wants to shine a light on the many, many staff members who work with our students before and after the regular school day. For many kids, extracurricular activities are the keys to staying engaged in school and connected to their peers. That’s why we encourage students to take advantage of the over 70 before and after school clubs and sports offered throughout the district—and why we’re so thankful for the dedicated educators who make it all happen.
