OUR STUDENTS
Our richly diverse student body of about 2,000 demonstrate academic growth year after year and are very involved in the over 70 extracurriculars offered throughout the district. An inclusive special education program, and extensive academic and social interventions allow students to grow and learn.
OUR STAFF
District 153 employs a talented staff of about 350. About 63% of our teachers hold master's degrees, and we have a retention rate of 91%. The district operates under a Professional Learning Community framework and values creativity, flexibility, and collaboration.
