District 153 has an Online Registration system (OLR). Please read the following information carefully to ensure that your registration process is as smooth as possible.

HEALTH-RELATED REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

  • NEW physicals with all required immunizations must be submitted for students entering preK/EC for the first time, all kindergarten, all 6th grade, and all transfers from out of state/country. 
  • All transfers from another district in Illinois must submit records from the previous required grade (or more recent).
  • See drop downs below for due dates and details on the requirements for each school.

BUS TRANSPORTATION

Bus routes are planned during summer. If your child will attend a day care service (before or after school) that is within district boundaries, you must contact Nona Riedel at the district office, 708-922-2411 as soon as arrangements have been decided.

REQUIRED TRANSPORTATION FORM for ALL Willow School Students

Please inform Willow School about bus usage and who is and isn't allowed to pick up student from school.
 

BREAKFAST/LUNCH PROGRAM

Applications for free and reduced price lunches go home with students on the first day of school. If you have questions, please contact Anne Simons, 708-922-2417.

ACCELERATED PLACEMENT/ EARLY ENTRANCE POLICIES

District 153 provides an Accelerated Placement Program (APP) or above grade level placement opportunities. APP options include, but may not be limited to: (a) accelerating a student in a single subject; (b) other grade-level acceleration; and (c) early entrance to kindergarten or first grade.
