hello my name is Kevin and I'm from alera group thank you for joining this presentation which I will review bluechoice options at to your network PPO that will be replacing the current high-deductible PPO with each has a plan this change. the fact I July 1st 2023 before review blue Choice option let's first discuss open enrollment Homewood School District open enrollment. This year is from May 15th through May 29th during open enrollment make changes or enroll in coverage after May 29th you can only make changes due to a qualified life event such as loss of coverage divorce marriage or birth of a child and a qualifying events must be reported to Human Resources within 30 days the event or you will need to wait until next year's open enrollment.
