Mrs. Katie Nigro - EXCEL (Send e-mail) EXCEL stands for Extended Clustered Learning, which means students are grouped with several others of the like abilities in each classroom. As a resource to the regular classroom teacher, I will consult to help provide enrichment, differentiated learning experiences for the gifted and talented students. In addition, I will be pulling students out of the classroom for one period each week to provide enhanced enrichment. We have an exciting curriculum planned for the year.
