HELP US FIGHT THE FLUIn order for us to determine if there are any cases or outbreaks of the H1N1 flu, we need your help. If your child is sick with a fever (over 100) AND has a cough or sore throat, please tell this to the office staff when you call the school to report the absence. This is especially important when you leave a message on the school’s answering machine. If your physician has confirmed that your child has the H1N1 flu, please notify the nurse at your child’s school. Remember, if your child has a fever of over 100 degrees, they must stay at home for 24 hours after the fever is gone without the use of Motrin or Tylenol.
By working together, we hope to keep all the students at Millennium healthy during this flu season.
Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
